This idyllic village house was built in a traditional Mallorcan style in the 1900 and has retained it´s special charm, even though it has been completely renovated. This is due to the stone walls, which are visible on the house and inside the rooms.

From the large entrance area there is a spacious living/dining room with a rustic wooden beam ceiling, traditionally tiled floors, exposed stone walls and a wrought iron fireplace.

A staircase leads to the upper floor connecting the living area with the kitchen and the guest toilet.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen was renovated a few months ago.
A double UPVC door with double safety glass provides access to the almost 60 m2 of courtyard, which can be reached from the street by an electronic gate. There is a veranda of 13m2 with the possibility to install a BBQ. A separate fountain with a pressure pump ensures the water supply.

There are two double and a single bedroom on the upper floor with two bathrooms with a shower, one has been completely renovated. Through two skylights, natural light floods this floor which has high ceilings and concrete bars, giving the house a special look.

Lage:

Campanet is a small town in the northwest of Mallorca and only a 30 minute drive from Palma. This sleepy little Pueblo lies close to the bustling resorts on the nearby coast and is part of the undiscovered Mallorca.

The town is famous for its spring water, flowing from the mountains and ancient fountains that can still be seen today. In the past, Campanet was known for agriculture and shoe production, the latter has survived to a certain extent. The heyday of leather goods production was in the 1940s.

Coastal towns such as Port de Alcúdia and Port de Pollença are close by.

The shopping facilities in Campanet are limited to very few stores where one can get the bare essentials. A weekly market on TuesdayS, offers fresh produce. The next big city is Inca with numerous specialty shops and a large market every Thursday.

The inherent beauty is the appeal of Campanet. A walk through the narrow streets with the authentic Mallorcan houses is always worthwhile. All streets seem to lead to the large main square called Placa Major, where the impressive baroque church of the ‚Immaculate Conception‘ dominates the town.

The area is ideal for cycling and hiking. The stunning mountain range enables one to try out flat and more demanding distances.
