This charming semi-detached house is located in the quiet coastal town of Font de Sa Cala.
The settlement only has 12 terraced houses, each independent of the others.

Font de sa Cala is a bay on the east coast of Mallorca, surrounded by low cliffs and pine trees. The 100-meter-long beach is not far from Capdepera, the resort of Canyamel, and the picturesque fishing port of Cala Rajada.

The town is small and is located to the right and left of the road. Due to its location and proximity to Cala Ratjada, it has become increasingly popular in recent years and in addition to existing small residential complexes, more and more apartments have been built, which are mainly used as holiday homes.

Golf lovers will get their money’s worth on the well-preserved 18-hole Canyamel Golf or Capdepera Golf courses. For a cultural excursion, one can drive to the nearby, historic village of Capdepera, where there is an old castle, great shops, and charming, cobbled streets.

If you want to get to know other beaches in the area, the fishing port of Cala Rajada to the north and the resort of Canyamel are ideal places to visit.

This region is lively all year round.
From the airport, one should allow about 90 minutes travel time.
