This beautifully renovated townhouse from 1862 was rebuilt and modernised in 2004.
By removing the ceiling, a spacious, open entrance area was created. A staircase leads to the upper floor which connects the two living areas.

The 80 m2 of living space on the ground floor is divided into the aforementioned entrance area, an open plan, modern kitchen with a large dining area also serves as a central meeting place for family and friends.
There is also a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the 61 m2 upper floor is the living and TV area. Located on the gallery next to the staircase, is a cosy relaxation area.
Next door is the master bedroom with a large, modern bathroom area and separate hydro-massage bath. The master bedroom overlooks the courtyard.

The courtyard is about 30 m2 in size and in addition to plants that are typical for the country and easy to care for, there is a nice area for sitting outside as well as the space for the washing machine, dryer and heating system with tank.

The house is located on a quiet street with little traffic, yet close to the town centre. From the alley you look down on the church tower of the village.

Llubí is located in central Mallorca, in the region known as Pla de Mallorca. The centre of the island is one of the most beautiful and varied areas of the island. Due to the central location, it is actually less than 20 minutes by car to the beautiful Playa de Muro.

Llubí is 44 km from the airport and can be reached by car in 35 minutes via the Ma-13. The city is well connected by bus and train from Palma.

It is a small traditional town – surrounded by farmland and open plains. Honey, capers, almonds and carob have been cultivated here for centuries and celebrated at festivals and fairs.
The windmills and old stone houses embody the long history of the city.

Llubí is ideal for those looking for a quiet, rural lifestyle all year round without sacrificing basic shops and services. The small town has everything you need for everyday life, including a health centre, banks and a primary school. Social and sporting activities are organised by the close-knit local community.

And for athletes, there is a multitude of offers in Llubí. The proximity to the Tramuntana mountains makes the place popular with cyclists and for locals there are two tennis courts, paddel courts and bocce zones.
There is also a public pool.
