Portocolom is a traditional fishing village on the east coast of Mallorca. The main feature of the town is the large natural harbour, with working fishing boats, alongside modern sailing and motor craft.

The marina waterfront offers many shops, cafes and restaurants, which are active throughout the year.
The well known Cala d´Or Golf Club is only a 10 minute drive away. Palma is only 65 km away.

There are many sandy beaches in the vicinity and Palma is about 60 km. away, for those with cultural, historical and shopping interests.

The villa, built in the 1980´s and has been completely gutted. Electrics, water and sewage pipes, windows, interior plaster, ceilings, balustrades, bathrooms, floor coverings, windows and shutters, air conditioning, interior doors, fitted kitchens were completely renewed or replaced.
