The very well-kept terraced corner house was extensively renovated in 2015 and is ready for immediate occupancy – ideal for both permanent residence and vacation use.

On the first floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with a modern American kitchen. Here there is also direct access to the covered terrace (approx. 20 m²) with a private garden area (lawn) in front of it. Also on the first floor is a guest WC with separate area for washing machine and dryer.

The house has two bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom with access to the roof terrace (approx. 20 m²) and fantastic views over the Mediterranean valley has an en suite bathroom. The other double bedroom and bathroom are also on the upper floor, and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Both the living/dining area and the two bedrooms are each equipped with individual air conditioning.

An electric pellet stove in the living area heats the entire first floor.

The very well-kept, gated residential complex (built in 2004) has a beautiful communal pool with sun loungers and spacious outdoor terraces. The beach is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

A parking space right in front of the house is included.

Large parts of the interior fittings (beds, bathroom furniture, chests of drawers) were newly purchased in 2022.

A garden shed in front of the house can be used as a storage room.

Lage:

Cala Romantica is located on the east coast of Mallorca in the municipality of Manacor. The town is around 20 minutes by car from the center of Manacor.
However, in nearby Porto Cristo, which is only a 10-minute drive away, you can find everything you need for your daily needs all year round. There are also many small restaurants and bars both at the small fishing port and on the promenade above the town beach, some of which are also open in the winter months.

The bay of Cala Romantica – also known as S’Estany d’en Mas – is the largest of three rocky bays on this stretch of coast. The triumvirate also includes Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia.
The village of Cala Romantica consists of a few low houses perched on the rocks on the north side of the bay. The cliffs to the south are undeveloped. They drop steeply into the sea from a height of 20-30 meters. However, a large part of the village extends into the hinterland above the rocky coast.

The beach of Cala Romantica is undoubtedly one of the most idyllic places on this stretch of coast. The bay is framed by rocky cliffs, which are home to typical Mallorcan fauna. The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea along its entire length. Due to the sheltered location between the two headlands, there is little swell here.
