This luxurious villa has a living space of 221 m² on two floors and is located in the Crestatx urbanisation, which belongs to Sa Pobla municipality.
One enters the property through a large structural iron gate or a solid wooden door attached to the side. The garage on the side has a covered porch that serves as an additional parking space.

The kitchen has been installed in a floating manner and has a professional catering stainless steel extractor hood.

Additional storage space is provided by two skylights with drop stairs on the upper floor, which lead to the converted attic.
The lovingly designed garden at the back of the house can be reached through the large patio door in the living room and from the kitchen.

Sa Pobla is located in the north interior of the island of Mallorca. It is only a few kilometres from the Bay of Alcudia and Playa de Muro with its kilometre-long sandy beach and the nearby and typically Mallorcan towns of Muro, Buger, Llubí and Pollenca.
The village is surrounded by built-up areas. The Lagoon area is characterised by its scenic beauty.
The outlying areas border on the S’Albufera nature park, which enjoys a special reputation among bird lovers.
The region of Sa Pobla is known for its agriculture. Artichokes and potatoes in particular can be found in abundance with outstanding quality The agricultural zones around Sa Pobla are dotted with many old mills that are still in operation.
Social life is very active, the main square is a very lively place all year round. The area surrounding the square has pedestrian zones with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.
Sa Pobla is also a popular starting point for athletes – especially cyclists – to start tours along the coast or to Cap Formentor.
Due to the good connections, Sa Pobla is located directly on the Palma-Alcúdia motorway and there is also a train connection to Palma, so one can quickly and easily reach many of Mallorca’s towns and villages.
Sa Pobla is a small town with good infrastructure and beautiful surroundings. There is an international school (Mallorca International School) for children from the age of three up to high school.
