This spacious ground-floor apartment is located near the train station in Inca and offers everything one could desire.

The living space is divided into three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (with shower & bathtub), and a living/dining area with access to the balcony. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has an oven, induction hob with extractor hood, and fridge. An inner courtyard has space to set up a seating area to dine or relax outside.

A parking space in the underground garage and a storage room are available.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room with pre-installation in the other rooms. The purchase of the air conditioning units will be the responsibility of the new owner.

Lage:

Inca is the third largest town in Mallorca and is located halfway between Palma and Pollensa. After Palma, it is the best-connected town on the island with train and other public transport options.

Originally there were Talaiot settlements in Inca which were later inhabited by the Romans when they occupied the island. During the Moorish era, the town was known as ‘Inkán’.

Inca is considered the ‘leather capital’ of the island. This was started in 1871 when one of the Inca residents founded the first shoe factory in Mallorca.
In recent years, Inca has benefited from extensive renovation projects in the town. The traditional buildings and squares have retained their old charm and many of the adjacent streets have been pedestrianised.

The town’s architectural and cultural heritage is mixed with modern and renovated buildings and the surrounding area offers something for everyone. On the one hand, the beauty of the island’s interior, and on the other, the many picturesque villages in the immediate vicinity.

The center of Mallorca is one of the most beautiful and varied areas on the island, which is particularly fertile and home to large orchards and groups of trees.
