The property is about 3 km from Manacor, the second-largest city on the island and located in the middle of a forest with fantastic panoramic views of Sant Salvador and across the middle of the island to the Tramuntana Mountains.

Manacor encompasses many small towns and extends to the former Port de Manacor – today’s Porto Cristo.
The districts of Felanitx, Petra, Vilafranca de Bonany and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar have approximately 45,000 inhabitants.
