The apartment is only 2 minutes away from the Paseo Maritimo – in a small side street – in the old town of Palma.
The Paseo Maritimo is the 4 kilometer stretch between Palma’s city center Porto Pi and the former fishing village of Portixol. The path lined with palm trees leads along symbolic buildings and the marina.
To preserve the magic of the reflecting water, city planners created an artificial saltwater lake between the street and the city wall. This area is known as Parc de la Mar and is right on the scenic Paseo Maritimo.
Palma is known for its fantastic La Seu Cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. You can reach this from the apartment on foot in just 5 minutes.
