These luxury semi-detached houses offer 162 sq m of living space and are currently being built on the outskirts of the popular town of Son Carrio.

Lage:

Son Carrió is a small, sleepy village belonging to the municipality of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar in the northeast of Mallorca. The roads that connect the town with the surrounding towns pass through beautiful countryside.

The region is known for the production of traditional pastries. The church of Sant Miquel, a Catholic church from 1899 and was slightly modified by the Catalan architects Antoni Gaudí and Joan Rubió, is the jewel of the town and was inaugurated in 1907.

The Vía Verda (green route), which runs from Manacor to Artà, passes through the old, recently renovated train station. The 29-kilometer route is ideal for hiking and cycling.

In just a few minutes by car, one can reach the coast at Cala Millor with its many beautiful beaches and bays.
The capital Palma can be reached in about an hour by car.
