This charming terraced house impresses with its well thought-out room layout. On the first floor there is a living/dining room that leads directly onto a 12 m² terrace. The modern kitchen is semi-open plan. A guest WC rounds off the space on the first floor.

There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own 12 m² terrace, while the second bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street.

An individually accessible guest apartment, which was created in the former garage, offers everything guests need on 35 m², a private bathroom with its own water heater (electricity) and its own access and terrace.

There is also a practical storage room of approx. 20 m², which is accessible through the garage.

The solar system in operation is a further highlight. It can also be extended with a storage tank.

The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) and offers a parking space in front of the garage door.

You can relax and unwind by the spacious communal pool, which is exclusively accessible to residents.

Lage:

Cales de Mallorca is located on the east coast roughly halfway between the two towns of Porto Cristo and Portocolom. The town center is located on a limestone rock formation, which is crisscrossed by numerous caves at sea level.

The infrastructure of the village is mainly geared towards tourism. There are various hotel and apartment complexes as well as individual vacation homes and apartments. The center of Calas de Mallorca is affectionately known as the “Centro Comercial” (shopping center).
It is the area of the town that offers a wide range of entertainment with various bars and restaurants, shopping facilities and leisure activities such as mini-golf.

The town’s administrative center offers public services such as a post office, a local police station, a tourist information office and a doctor’s office.

With Cala Domingo Gran, Cala Domingo Petits and Cala Antena, the village has a total of three large sandy bays, which also gave the village its name. All three bays are known for their excellent bathing water quality. A well-paved coastal path connects Cala Domingo Gran with Cala Antena.

The entire area is considered the most cave-rich region of Mallorca and is a popular diving and snorkeling area. However, most of the caves in this area have not yet been explored.

The season in Calas de Mallorca usually starts in April and ends in October. Most hotels, restaurants and stores are closed during the winter months. Then you can find everything you need for your daily needs in Portocolom, Porto Cristo or Manacor, which is around 20 minutes away by car.

The airport is around 70 kilometers away and can be easily reached via the freeway between Manacor and Palma.
