A quarry stone floor, made from particularly durable stone from Barcelona, surrounds the 43 m2 pool. A large outdoor shower with hot and cold water offers additional comfort.
The property is not visible and therefore offers complete privacy.

Canyamel on Mallorca is a small and quiet vacation resort in the municipality of Capdepera, six kilometers south of Cala Ratjada and not far from the Coves d`Artà stalactite caves.
Canyamel is surrounded on both sides by wooded hills 200 to 300 meters high, which lead to Cap des Pinar to the southwest and Cap Vermell to the northeast, where the stalactite caves are located.
The Torrent de Canyamel flows through the middle of Canyamel and divides the village in two. There is a bridge over the torrent, which was completed in 2008. The torrent ends at the beach – Platja de Canyamel – which is 300 meters long and has very fine sand. It is also characterized by its natural beauty and the cliff bay, which is lined with pine trees.
The village offers stores for daily needs as well as a few restaurants and cafés. Further stores and shopping facilities can be found in the neighboring towns of Artà, Capdepera and Cala Ratjada.
For golfers, Canyamel offers an excellent course in a spectacular location with views as far as Menorca – as well as three other golf courses in the surrounding area.
