Adjacent to the living/sleeping area you will find approximately 4.5 m² of balcony, from where you can enjoy a view of the sea and the mountains.

In just 5 minutes by foot, you can reach the centre of Cales de Mallorca and after a further 5 minutes one can reach the beach of Cala Domingo Gran.

Lage:

Situated on the south-east of the island, Cales de Mallorca has a small business centre with several bars and restaurants and also includes a Post Office, chemist and doctors surgery.

Other larger towns close by include Portocolom, Felanitx, Manacor and Portocristo.
The beautiful port towns of Portocolom, Cala d’Or and Portocristo are only 10 – 20 minutes away by car.
The nearest golf course of Val d Or is about a 10 minute drive away. The surrounding area is characterized by extensive pine forests and almond orchards. Other local attractions include the caves of Portocristo as well as the market in Felanitx.

The bay/beach of Cala Antena is only 200 m from the house and therefore only a few minutes walking distance away.
The bay with two larger beaches called Domingos is 1000 m away.
