This dreamlike two-story sea view villa is located on a high hillside location in the Costa Canyamel settlement. From the street, a slightly sloping driveway leads to the garage, there is also be a parking space off the street.

A staircase leads past a fountain through the Mediterranean front garden to the main entrance of the house and to the pool area with a fantastic view of the bay of Canyamel and the open sea.

On the terrace in front of the living room one can have nice barbecues or simply enjoy the sun. There is also a small pool house with a room and bathroom, which is ideal for guests.

The main house is L-shaped and flooded with light due to the many windows.
The living area is divided into a spacious entrance area, from where one go to the left into the kitchen and the utility room, which looks like a small tea room and behind it, there is a small terrace.

Next to the entrance area to the right is the large living and dining room with a fireplace, panoramic windows, sea views and access to the terrace and the pool of 13 mx 6 m.

A staircase leads from the entrance area to the lower floor with three double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom en suite and its own small balcony. There is also a guest toilet and a separate shower room.

There is another basement, which can only be reached via a staircase next to the pool terrace. Passing the technical room you reach a small studio with its own bathroom, which can also be used as an additional guest room.

Lage:

Canyamel on Mallorca is a small and quiet holiday resort in the municipality of Capdepera, six kilometers south of Cala Ratjada and not far from the Coves d`Artà stalactite caves.

Canyamel is surrounded on both sides by wooded hills, 200 to 300 meters high, which flow into Cap des Pinar to the southwest and Cap Vermell to the northeast, where the stalactite caves are located.

The Torrent de Canyamel flows right through Canyamel and divides the town in two. There is a bridge over the Torrent which was completed in 2008. The torrent ends at the beach – the Platja de Canyamel – which is 300 meters long and has very fine sand. It is also characterised by its natural beauty and the cliff bay lined with pine trees.

The town offers shops for daily needs as well as a few restaurants and cafés. You will find more shops and shopping facilities in the neighbouring towns of Artà, Capdepera and Cala Ratjada.

For golfers, Canyamel offers an excellent course in a spectacular location with views stretching as far as Menorca.
