You won’t find a property like this again anytime soon, because this house is located in the Mondragó Natural Park on a plot of around 12,000 m2 and only a 2-minute walk from the beach.

The property is located in a pine forest and there is also a small forest on the property. In addition, the torrent flows along the property and forms the border to the nature park, which can no longer be built on.

The house was designed in an unusual design. The living space is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms – one with a fantastic view of the Torrent and its typical fauna along the shore – and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. A slightly curved staircase leads to the tower-like upper floor.

Here is a living-dining room with a fireplace and an adjoining, open kitchen. Large French doors allow plenty of natural light into the room while providing multiple exits to the upper terrace overlooking S’Amarador Beach.

A special eye-catcher is the semi-circular bench, which also forms the banister.

The house has air conditioning, mains water and electricity via a solar system with batteries (10 kW).

The building is currently being renovated and will then be ready for sale. The renovation is expected to be completed in mid-February 2023.

Due to the location in the nature park, it is not allowed to build a pool. But with the beach right in front of the front door, this is not necessary.

This is a unique opportunity as houses in such places are rarely for sale.

Lage:

The Mondragó Natural Park is located in the south of Mallorca, in the municipality of Santanyí, and has an area of 766 hectares.

While 95 hectares of the park is public property, the remainder of the park is on private land and estates, often divided into parcels, and typically farmed using extensive dryland farming.

There are four main nature trails that meander through the bushland, taking visitors to breathtaking viewpoints, crystal clear water bays and wetlands.

The park is a special protection area for birds. Numerous species breed and feed in the wetlands of Ses Fonts de n’Alis. Animals that call the park home include Algerian hedgehogs, house martins, hares and genets.
White sand and crystal clear water characterise the breathtaking bays in the park. Cala Mondragó , Cala S’Amarador and Caló des Borgit are three beautiful coves surrounded by distinctive low cliffs.

Mondragó was declared a Natural Park in 1992.
