This fantastic sea view villa is located in the Costa Canyamel development. From the street, a slightly sloping driveway leads to the garage and the roof can also be used as a parking space.

Canyamel on Mallorca is a small and quiet holiday resort in the municipality of Capdepera, six kilometers south of Cala Ratjada and not far from the Coves d`Artà stalactite caves.
Canyamel is surrounded on both sides by wooded hills, 200 to 300 meters high, which flow into Cap des Pinar to the southwest and Cap Vermell to the northeast, where the stalactite caves are located.
The Torrent de Canyamel flows right through Canyamel and divides the town in two. There is a bridge over the Torrent which was completed in 2008. The torrent ends at the beach – the Platja de Canyamel – which is 300 meters long and has very fine sand. It is also characterised by its natural beauty and the cliff bay lined with pine trees.
The town offers shops for daily needs as well as a few restaurants and cafés. You will find more shops and shopping facilities in the neighbouring towns of Artà, Capdepera and Cala Ratjada.
For golfers, Canyamel offers an excellent course in a spectacular location with views stretching as far as Menorca.
