The house is located on the top row of the Development. Built on a hillside, it offers fantastic views over the lush green of the golf course and the sea in the distance.
Located in a cul-de-sac, one can park the car in front of the house, however, there is also a large parking area at the golf course and the associated restaurant.
A few steps lead to the entrance area on the ground floor of the house, where there is a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining, ventilated utility and storage room.
