This light-flooded semi-detached house is located in the pretty coastal town of Port Vell – in a quiet side street – about 200 m from the large main beach and 50 m from the small natural beach.
Te ground floor has 110 m2 of living space, divided into an entrance area, a small hallway, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and an open living/dining area.
Behind the kitchen is an exit to the outside area. Here one can, for example, dry laundry or create a raised herb bed, to have the right herbs on hand when cooking.
Currently the living area can be heated by a wood burning stove.
A modern pellet stove can also be connected to the existing installation.
A door leads from both the living and dining area to one of the two front terraces.
There is also a private front garden in front of the veranda, which is bordered by hedges. Here you can still design your own little garden oasis.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom, also with a shower, a roof terrace at the back of the house and a balcony that connects the two bedrooms.
The original wooden shutters (sliding in front of the master bedroom) are still in place. A switch to aluminium shutters is advisable, due to the proximity to the sea. The sea is practically right at front of the door.
Less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The beautiful and quiet beach „Port Vell“ is located on the northern east coast of the Balearic Island. Situated in the municipality of Son Servera and is only 3.8 km from the main town.
Port Vell, as the name suggests, was once a port
– and is now part of the Costa dels Pins resort and a quiet natural beach. The shore of the beach is overgrown with pine and juniper trees, which provide shade for bathers. The beach consists of coarse golden sand and pebbles.
It is only about 250 m long and 4 m wide, but offers a great view of the open sea and the coast.
The drive to the airport takes about 60 minutes.
