The airport of Palma can be reached in about 40 minutes via the very well-developed Ma-15 expressway and in less than an hour you are in the capital Palma de Mallorca.
In the small town of Son Macià one can get everything you need for daily requirements and there are also a few small bars and restaurants around the town’s market square. They are open all year round to serve the 300 residents of the town and the 500 or so residents on the many finces around the area.
For larger purchases or a stroll through the city, a trip to Manacor is recommended.
