The original house was built in 1965 and purchased by the current owners, however, the building was completely renovated in 2022, making it an a new house on the property. Everything was done with an architect, submitted project and building permit. The final building acceptance by the city of Manacor has not yet taken place. The Cedula (certificate of habitability) and the energy certificate are only issued after acceptance.
