This villa is located in a quiet residential area on the “Roccas” of Cala Murada and is only about 1.5 km from the sandy beach of Cala Murada.

Its small, quiet beach, nestled between the town and a rugged rocky coast, offers the opportunity to spend a relaxing day at the beach even in the summer season.

Due to many residents living in Cala Murada all year round, some bars, restaurants and supermarkets are open all year round.

The original house was built in 1965 and purchased by the current owners, however, the building was completely renovated in 2022, making it an a new house on the property. Everything was done with an architect, submitted project and building permit. The final building acceptance by the city of Manacor has not yet taken place. The Cedula (certificate of habitability) and the energy certificate are only issued after acceptance.
