Construction will only start once a customer is found. This allows for modifications according to the buyer’s wishes. The building application will be submitted after all changes and extras are included e.g. (with pool or without etc.)
It usually takes up to 8 months before the application is approved by the building authority.
The construction phase itself takes about 7 months.
Situated on the south-east of the island, Cales de Mallorca has a small business centre with several bars and restaurants and also includes a Post Office, chemist and doctors surgery.

There is a legal guarantee of 10 years on the new building.
Payment is made in several steps.
There will also be two notary dates.
The 1st appointment is to acquire the property.
The 2nd appointment is for the registration of the house.
