This typical Mallorcan farmhouse has a constructed area of 135 m2, is made of Mares stone and is located on a plot of almost 14,000 m2, which is adjacent to another plot of land of over 17,000 m2.

The two plots are sold together.

The smaller piece of land has the house on it and a project has been registered for this, which has already been approved.
The current owner expects the last documents with signatures and stamp by April/May 2023 at the latest, so that the conversion could start immediately.

Although the building has a new roof, it would be advisable to remove the old walls and use the stones to clad the newly built walls, so that the rustic look could be retained.
