This charming country house is located in a quiet area between the town of Son Carrió and the coastal town of Porto Cristo.

On this 14,464 m2 plot of land, which has been left in its original condition, you will not only find a beautiful house with many typical Mallorcan elements but also plenty of space to build a pool (the project is currently being approved by the authority Office) and to design a very personal garden project.

The main entrance is at the back of the house and can be reached via a spacious terrace. The 140 m2 of living space is spread over 2 floors.

The coastal town of Porto Cristo is located on the east coast of Mallorca in the Llevant region. The distance to the island’s capital Palma is 63 kilometres. Porto Cristo was originally the port supplying the city of Manacor, which has been one of the most important trading centres on the sunny island, since the Middle Ages. Today this coastal town is popular with tourists and sailing enthusiasts.

The beach and harbour are within walking distance. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.

The main beach of the resort is called Playa de Porto Cristo. It is located in the middle of the town and has a tree lined promenade, restaurants and shops.
