This townhouse in the center of Sant Llorenc is within walking distance from the town hall, church, schools and the market square with its bars and restaurants.
The property connects two streets with each other and is therefore accessible from two sides.
On one side is the main building, which is currently used as a residential and commercial building. On the other a spacious double garage.
Between the two buildings are two patios, which are currently part of the business. However, the wooden terraces built here need an overhaul again. You could even remove one and put the BBQ fireplace in the garden back into operation.
In the garden area there is also a bathroom in need of renovation, a laundry room and a storage room.
The main building is spread over 2 floors without horizontal separation and is currently used as a restaurant (with the appropriate license) and a residential building. The upper floor only represents the private sleeping, living and bathroom area. There is no separate kitchen.
The upper floor used as an apartment consists of a living and lounge area with a staircase to an open wooden attic that could be used as a gallery.
The living room leads to a terrace-balcony.
There is a double bedroom, a small storage room, a spacious bathroom with a mosaic washbasin and behind the bathroom there is a staircase to another terrace.
A walk-through room could be used as a dining area or additional bedroom.
The ground floor is connected to the upper floor by two staircases and has a dining room with various niches, an open drinks counter, a kitchen with stainless steel kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and stove, a storage area behind it, an office or private retreat area and three bathrooms (ladies toilet, men’s toilet and private / staff toilet).
The house and the restaurant are sold completely furnished and fully equipped.
Due to the non-separated living unit, it is advisable to combine private life and work here or to reform the entire building and use it exclusively as a residential building with a large garden / patio area and lots of privacy.
Located in the northeast of Mallorca, Sant Llorenç is just a few kilometres from Manacor. The authentic Majorcan village is surrounded by a large natural and agricultural area with almonds, herds of animals, fig and olive trees.
In the village itself there are all the necessary facilities (shops, drugstores, groceries, banks etc.) as well as restaurants, bars and even small hotels.
There are also schools and other public service buildings in Sant Llorenç.
In 1892, Sant Llorenç became an independent municipality, which includes S’Illot, Cala Millor and Sa Coma.
Sant Llorenç was connected to Manacor and Artá by train until 1977, but the service was discontinued. Today, the former railway line invites one to go running, cycling and/or horseback riding. The VIA VERDE, as the route is called today, connects Manacor with Artà and also passes Sant Llorenç.
In the center of the village, don’t miss the 14th-century Baroque church that stands in Plaza Nova, the village’s central square.
